No portion of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or transmitted in any form without express written permission from KJ Risley LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use by paying participants.

Rage & Reps is an educational, self-help program intended to support daily well-being practices. The program, website, emails, community spaces, and any coaching sessions do not provide medical care, mental health services, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or legal advice. Nothing in our Materials should be used as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or concerned for your safety, call your local emergency number immediately (in the U.S., dial or text 988) and/or contact appropriate local resources.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your progress depends on many factors, including personal participation and circumstances.

User Responsibilities

By using Rage & Reps, you agree to: (a) use the program responsibly; (b) seek professional care when appropriate; (c) refrain from sharing or publishing proprietary Materials without permission; and (d) follow community guidelines (if applicable) to maintain a safe environment.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for qualifying purchases as described on the Pricing page. Refunds apply to program fees only and exclude third-party costs (e.g., shipping, marketplace or platform fees) unless otherwise stated. All calls and live sessions are non-refundable once booked. To request a refund, contact support@rageandreps.life within 7 days of purchase and include your order details.

Our site may link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Amazon, booking tools, fulfillment partners). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or performance.
