Hi, my name is Kellie.

Hi, my name is Kellie.

If you're wondering who I am beyond Rage & Reps, here's a little about me.

If you're wondering who I am beyond Rage & Reps, here's a little about me.

I'm someone who laughs easily, asks a lot of questions because I genuinely like to understand things, and believes there's always room to grow. I love spending time with friends, but I also love my quiet time to myself. You'll usually find me working out, reading something about personal growth, listening to rock, blues, or country music or researching ways to better care for my health.

The people closest to me would probably tell you I'm fun, a little goofy at times, loyal, and someone who genuinely cares about others. I keep my word, I value integrity, that's the kind of person I try to be. Those are also the people I enjoy surrounding myself with, and the kind of community I hope to build through Rage & Reps.

Life didn’t go the way I thought it would.

Life didn’t go the way I thought it would.

After my divorce, I found myself rebuilding almost every part of my life. My discipline grew stronger; my faith grew deeper. I didn't want to spend the next year trying to get my old life back. So, I made the decision to move forward and rebuild from the bullshit I'd been through. That decision continues to make me stronger today.

Something I'm most proud of is that I didn't allow betrayal to define me or run my life. Instead, it taught me resilience, strengthened my character, and reminded me that when situations knock you down you can choose to get back up—one step, one day at a time. That journey became the foundation of Rage & Reps. But I want to be very clear about something.

I'm a woman who has walked through betrayal. I'm not here to tell you to sit in what happened to you. I'm here to encourage you to take the next step, rebuild your life, and keep moving forward. I won't pretend to have all the answers. Because I don’t. What I can offer is honest guidance, encouragement, accountability, and the reminder that you're capable of taking the next step—even when you don't feel like it.

My hope is that as we spend time together—whether it's on Instagram, X, Substack, through e-mail, or through our conversations in the Skool community— I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. You don’t have to pretend here. We can tell our stories, share what worked and what didn’t, and have some fun along the way.

I want you to feel encouraged, hopeful, and motivated to get back on your feet. If there's one thing I hope you remember, it's that you can't always control what happens to you. But you can control what you do next. And sometimes that next step changes everything. That’s the rebuild. ~Kellie
